So has the US Supreme Court AGREED to hear the case? When will it be heard? Interesting. With more conservative judges there is hope. Thanks for sharing.
I am not sure if they've gotten that decision yet, but, of course, SCOTUS deciding not to hear it would also be an answer. Not a good one, but...
