I always say the fish rots first at the head. So too the government. There unending love for money and power is more important to them than the human life. Sad. And what is sadder is that we as citizens put up with it in a most apathetic way. That does not speak well for us. No revolt or accountability on either end. A system cannot change unless action is instigated. Where are the 5 percent that are awake who could do some serious exposure to the issue to the point of embarrassing the lawmakers and hold them to a higher bar. Thanks @richq11
