This is not legitimate actions of child protection services. Which in every family see a threat. Children are selected from loving parents. Without explaining the reasons they take the crumb from the middle of the night from my mother.
I want to tell you about one of these cases. I really hope that thanks to the familyprotection tag I will be heard.

A small child, surrounded by care and love, lived in a comfortable apartment, which parents regularly took to rest on foreign seaside resorts, was snatched from the hands of a loving mother and, at night, without any grounds, was criminally removed from their apartment as "neglected" (FZ-120 ). The reason is unsanitary conditions. And the lack of sanitation in a room in which no one lives. She was simply given to the child under his free activity. In the apartment of T. about midnight loud shots were heard at the door, the doorbell rang continuously: "Open the police!".
Granny understood nothing, frightened, opened the front door, and a group of armed policemen burst into the three-room apartment.
They reported that they showed up at a signal: neighbors reported that "the boy at 11 pm wept and knocked on the wall., Maybe he's being beaten there." The child woke up and cried. The boy's mother decided that he should not meet with the police and took him to that very "unsanitary" room, closed the door. The child continued to cry there.

The boy's mom says:

The police refused to leave my apartment and wanted to go to the room where my son was. I did not allow them to enter the room where my son was.
But I had to open the door to the room, the police officers came in and saw that there were no signs of beating on the child.
However, after seeing the mess in the room, they summoned a specialist for juvenile affairs. The problem of the children's room is that the walls were painted there, including paints, in some places there were clean scattered things. The confusion was, I admit, but we do not always do the cleaning before bed. But the boy did not live there and did not sleep. It was a room for experiments. His son liked to play with different subjects, substances.
Specialist for juvenile affairs by eye, having determined that the room, in her opinion, is in unsanitary condition, saying that "the child has been kept here for six months", seized him and said that we are going to the department to draw up a protocol. "

Of course, you could just ask your mother to put order in the room and do some cosmetic repairs in the uninhabited children's room.
But such a simple decision to the employee in the head could not come simply by definition - there was someone's signal "about violence over the child."
It was necessary to find any excuse to take the child away. Unsanitary conditions are a wonderful occasion. But it would be too easy for PDN - in vain, whether that, went on a night signal? Or maybe they have a plan to identify violence in outwardly well-off families?
