Happening NOW, Medically Kidnapped in Arizona: Baby Navaeha
She's a beautiful, healthy infant. Only 4 days old, born in the early hours of June 10th, 2018.
Her mama and papa christened her Navaeha Summer Jones Warren. Jemima Jones and Navaeha's father did not have a place to stay in Arizona, but they had bus tickets to Colorado, where a place with Jemima's sister awaits them.
Expecting to be released on the 12th, the tickets were for the 12th. But staff at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale Arizona claimed they were concerned that Jemima had been smoking Marijuana.
Tests came back negative, but staff refused to give Jemima any print outs of the results.
At two days old, Jemima was breastfeeding little Navaeha when they came for her. Taking the baby directly from her mother's breast, hospital staff and CPS kidnapped this little baby girl.
As has happened to the parents of other children I have written about, the police showed up, armed, and removed the parents from the hospital.
This is the last picture the Mama and Papa were able to take with their baby, before being removed from the hospital against their will.
Glendale Police claim the hospital was doing nothing illegal. This is #legalkidnapping and it happens so much more than it should.
Glendale PD's Chief is Rick St. John, call him and urge him to reevaluate his department's practice of being CPS's lap dogs. The number to call: (623)-930-3000.
Jemima was told to get a place to stay. When she found a place to stay it was not good enough. CPS decreed that she has not known the friends long enough.
According to those friends, the caseworker who contacted them attempted to pursuade them to "give up" on Jemima and her case.
Little Navaeha was sent to a foster family yesterday, the 13th of June, at the tender age of 3-days-old. She has a family who loves her! Without intervention this little family would be safe at Navaeha's Auntie's house!
This. 👏 Is. 👏 Unacceptable! 👏
People, how are we the public allowing this to happen to families among us?! Jemima says another black family was having their baby taken away the very same day, at the very same hospital!
The next court date is on the 19th, and Jemima plans to fight back. By then her milk will have dried up, Little Navaeha has had that birth right stolen from her.
Jemima says "Of course the fight will not stop until she is back with me and her Father where she belongs. We are not giving up on our baby! They will not get away with this, Thunderbird, or the corrupt CPS system! She will have the justice she deserves!"
Jemima sounds like a strong mama, and the people at Medical Kidnap AZ have her back emotionally.
But this little baby is only 4-days-old. The fight is just beginning.

Was her possibly having smoked marijuana the only reason given for them taking her baby?!
oh my god! How can smoking marijuana be a reason to remove a child.. EVEN if it were true?! Considering the drug is virtually legal in most of the USA, has no side effects, is none toxic, has no addictive qualities.. WHO are they to project their values onto others..
and the irony is she could have been drinking alcohol all the way through which would be far worse for a child, and that would be just fine..
This judgement and projection of values has to stop.. A child needs to be in immediate and life threatening danger to remove them.. it seems that no one really cares.. and now this child will not even be breastfed and probably given toxic milk powder instead, which has no antibodies for the baby to get a strong immune system.. not to mention the emotional stress of it all..

wow, this is so sad, it has affected me so much !!! this is unacceptable, hopefully this mother is willing to fight hopefully I can get out of this, and have her daughter devoured. This is an injustice

If you report a child and CPS takes the child away, you get $4000 ($6000 if the child is disable). This law Clinton signed is making the kidnapping a profitable business. This needs to be stopped.
