Combatting DHS - CPS - Child Support sample documents

In my last post I outlined a step to write a letter to agency that is causing issues. The importance of the letter is to strip immunity in civil procedure against other party. This is outlined in the Rooker Feldman doctorine. Which states a Federal court cannot overturn a state courts decision, unless the plaintiff has suffered some deprevation of rights or injuries

It is important to always be firm and polite, when writing anyone. As you will see this is merely the first step in bringing action against the other party.

Below is a sample letter that can be used to send certified mail.

If you are paying child support you should also demand a refund in full within five business days of receipt of letter.

Its ok to be fearful. This is huge. But there is nothing to be fearful of, your rights where violated. And you are seeking remedial action to either function within the laws and customs of the land.

Below is a form that can be used if CPS is in your home, that is like a sworn affidavit.

Making the agents fill out this paperwork is necessary. This can and should be used against them. All these simple documents do is help you use the SAME provisions they use against families against them.

This is step 1. Because you will save (hopefully) the response letters (which are templates) they will all say the same thing. "If you would like to appeal this decision, please contact us in writing within x days to have a family court judge review your case."

There are no family court judges. And its surprising to me that people are reading CPS website completely oblivious that it blatantly states its a service. Who does this service benefit? Why?
