[GBTTW #3-FamilyProtection] The Evil Movements To Kill Off All CPS "Accountability"
There is nothing scarier than watching a group of people perform their tasks in a state of most immunity and completely unaccountable to anyone. Inasmuch we would love to think that the state bodies of CPS are somewhat controlled by the federal government highly to make them "protect" families, I have seen that this laws and acts are in themselves in compliance and a lubricant to the corrupt ways of the CPS bodies across the geographical region of America.
I keep seeing issues pops out every now and then that completely give more and more power and authority to CPS. Some time ago, @crosheille discussed the concerning clauses in the proposed amendment to parental rights which on the surface looked promising but an in depth look will give you a strong conclusion on the dynamics of the government to deviously strip families of their rights over a child. This is an upward trend and even many more states are devising means of decreasing their CPS body already "minute accountability"
The recent scene of this power hungry people is occurring in Arizona. Before going to explain this, I would love to say something many people do not know about and the populace is continually ignorant of a particular body called CRP( about 96% of parents are unaware of this panel, well, because the government don't want you to know!, the less you know the better for them.).
The Citizen Review Panel for CPS cases have been federally mandated to act as a form of oversight. This is "supposedly" intended to bring a form of accountability to the foster care/child welfare system. Though this set up committee has varied from state to state and has had a sheer load of corrupt individuals infiltrating it, a "few" of them has been a bit efficient.
As a parent, who has been very dealt with unjustly in the court, you are given an opportunity to approach the CRP and try fight back, this has previously been very rare but a tiny few parents have been able to get their children back even after parental rights were terminated after presenting a evidence that shows CPS bodies have been gray and tricky. But this is about to change!. Not for good but for uglier.
Arizona recently has dissolved this CRP body and reinstating it under its own DCS department!. This hit me by surprise, well not surprise, because everything with the CPS have been going ugly and ugly every passing day. Previously, this panel are made up of Chair Persons and the panel is made to comprise of people from the community, and it is coordinated outside the authority of the CPS bodies. Well, I won't say they are as effective as they were built to be, but they have acted somewhat as a police dog against CPS corruption even in its low form, providing victimized parents the opportunity to fight the system.
I don't need to speak how this will turn out when it is completely operated by Arizona DCS by December ending

This move will make CPS body in Arizona state completely invisible and unaccountable. They will fill the rank of the CRP body with their own corrupt members and since they would be running its affairs, they "CAN NEVER EVER" bring themselves under accountability. This means more suffocation for innocent parents. Why would the federal government sit down and watch them do this!?, well, it has been obvious for a long time, the federal government are part of this road show.
An age where the missile launch codes and every other protocols is in the hands of one man, every one suffers at his hands. In a society where power and its dampening opposite is given to the CPS, Families and children suffer increasingly. As Arizona has done this, I won't be surprised to see more states begin to pop up and adopt similar methods and tactics to erode their accountability. How ugly can it get before this stops!.
Apparently it won't stop till we have the greatest activists and great compassionate minded individuals in the community and government likewise ready to resist this evil systems that are enslaving, killing and making families, children and society into dusts and bones. This is their evil movement to place themselves in a high seat, where they are answerable to no one.

Wow! Thank you for enlightening us once again with this thoroughly written post. I can’t imagine how many behind the scene panels there are that we don’t know about. It seems these organizations will continue to come up with ways to have more power and control over families and to find ways to easily separate us. There should be civilian oversight for CPS. The Canadian version you can only complain to the social workers supervisor, they answer to no one
Yes. "There should be", but there is none. The little form of oversight in the form of CRP has either been gradually infiltrated and numbered by CPS, so not much of an oversight anymore. Arizona's move to move this under its CPS wing is a clear silence of all accountability. All this means more "worst" cases of CPS oppressing families. I have heard of two people who got their children back from CPS even after the court terminated their parental rights after presenting that CPS have oppressed and hidden the truth. Now, CRP is gone!!!
The monster has become way too big and needs to be depleted of its energy source. Its radioactive elements are a danger to our children. Sounds like a retro TV show like Godzilla or King Kong or something...yet we are living it and the Godzilla is CPS.
