When We All Talk In Unity We Become Unstoppable|||First Civil Right Class Suit Against Minnesota CPS

Nothing gladdens my heart more when evil is stood up to, the genuine act of standing against what is wrong can simply be a reactive spark for more lawful rebellion against those who delight working in darkness; yes, Evil under color of law is one disease that can reduce a nation to naught.

So, whenever I see the masses put aside their differences, their colors, races, ideas, or whatever it may be and cluster together to correct a wrong, stand against evil- it shows the power in unity and the strength in All for One. In many walk of life, this hardly happens, at least not in an effective way, it is even far rarer when it has to do with the Bureaucratic CPS, since the masses her more divided in opinion and not all can come to see CPS and their practices.

But the parents in Minnesota are one of those to break the long streak of "Everyone to their own" and cling to "All for One". This news got to me via a friend who joined the peaceful movement and supported the Lawsuit against Dakota County Social Services. More on this later though, the platform came to light first in April 24, 2018 when the plaintiff(Dwight D. Mitchell, Bryce Mitchell and Stop Child Protection Services From Legally Kidnapping) filed a lawsuit against the county. Before the suit, Mitchell spoke at a press conference describing the nature with the below statement:

Just as many other African-Americans in Minnesota, I too was a victim of the child protection system when my children were illegally kidnapped from my custody--Mitchell Dwight

He used the exact words I was looking for that even describe the CPS more precisely; Illegal Kidnapping.
The lawsuit also stated a vital information that has plagued families all over America. Using an in-depth bird eye view, it is not just African-America families(though they are targeted much more), but it is an issue that presently leaches away the family bonds of many families today, below is what is included in the legal lawsuit against the CPS,

unconstitutionally vague, unconstitutionally overbroad, failing strict scrutiny and lacking a rational basis.--Mitchell Dwight

That was one of the description the lawsuits carried, Dwight was referring to the Applicability of the state child protection laws. Again, I resonate fully with what Dwight's lawsuit held, in fact I would have volunteered to add more lines to that. What these unconstitutionally vagueness result to is "Abuse" not by parents but by CPS themselves.

The lawsuit details how Minnesota’s child protection standards illegally put children under “child in need of protection or services” canopy and place them in foster care without due process of scrutiny or whatever.

You might have been wondering, "but this is just A family Vs. Dakota County". Where is the "All for One" you mentioned.
On October 9th, the oral argument on Stop Child Protection Services from Legally Kidnapping, Mitchell Dwight et al v. Dakota County Social Services et al held, and parents showed up in much number in UNITY. This civil right class suit against Minnesota CPS is the first of its kind in Minnesota and I am happy it is happening. It is high time we control the tide of whatever affects our Families and stop CPS from terrorizing homes and purposely targeting any family at all. The 'Stop Child Protection Services from Legally Kidnapping' body was formed by Dwight comprising a whole lot of families that are concerned about the corrupt practices of CPS. Now they are much closer to redefining the boundaries of CPS and suing for the CHANGE of the Statues of the state in accordance to child protection laws in Minnesota.

I hope these type of class suit backed by many parents will start a trend of 'Sue CPS together' sort of thing in every single state.
