Absolutely, reducing direct communication with them is a great way to impeding them. Thank you @markwhittam for your words of encouragement and I am glad to be here.
My brother is a criminal defense attorney and he says never, ever, EVER talk directly to a government employee. Not even a teacher. If you must, record it.
