CPS, collapsing the system, and the financial reset.

This kind of talk has become so commonplace that we sometimes forget how DEADLY serious these communist/globalist agitators are about finishing off the United States by whatever means possible, as a prelude to global disarming of the people and totalitarian control. So-called “child protective” “Services” (CPS) is the vehicle through which any children who do not want to obey parents will be separated from them, and/or any parents who question any facet of the emerging global dictatorship will have their children seized as punishment—and so their “improper views” do not impact their children’s “development.”

With the reports this past week that “the great conservative,” billionaire Reagan-quoter in The White House has added over two trillion to the national debt, we can clearly see that the “collapsing of the system” is proceeding apace. Despite whatever political party has controlled The White House—since even before Reagan—the INTENTIONAL COLLAPSING of the system through financial insolvency has always been the sacred calf that no one in politics ever really talks about. To this day, most low-information people think of Reagan as a “conservative,” when, in fact, he tripled the size of the federal government during his (and Nancy’s) eight years.

“Social Services,” “welfare” and CPS have been huge components of the overall planned reset, of course. First, they will act as a key segment of the socialist/Communist debt crunch that will eventually destroy the current banking system, the national government, and societal stability. Then the “social services” milieu will be around to “pick up the pieces” with their partners at FEMA, the military and other “disaster relief” organizations at the U.N. and elsewhere.

Separating children from families, ideologically, has been a key element of the public school system, but especially of so-called “higher education.” Children and young adults are constantly plied with the “evils of capitalism” (even though the USA hasn’t had real capitalism in any free-market (non-oil/carbon-energy-monopoly-dominated) fashion since the 1890s,) the “modernism” and “progressivism” of “their (new) beliefs” and the “unfairness” of traditional views on family life, the church, moral absolutes, and the overall organization of society. Parents are described as quaint Neathderthals whose views are to be openly coddled while secretly ignore and undermined.

Breaking up the family—the basic building block of PEOPLE-RUN republican government-- has always been the ultimate goal of the globalist Marxists, financed by the elite. CPS and the U.N. Convention on the “Rights” of the Child are the POLICE POWER behind the movement. As readers of this blog know well, CPS rarely takes children for reasons of real abuse or neglect. In fact, those cases are routinely ignored in favor of harassing parents with “anti-government” (read: anti-TYRANNY) views, home schoolers, gun-rights advocates, pro-life activists, and GOOD parents of every stripe and description.

The politicians even rolled out a teenager who made national prominence for DISOBEYING his parents and siding with government against parental instruction as a role model for others this past week, and that was probably just a portent of things to come. Today, it may be because the parents question vaccines. Tomorrow, it may be because they oppose CPS, or because they espouse whatever topic de jure the globalists are using to set people up.

Here is one look at “the books” of a “conservative” state (that typical votes Republican) and that, we’ve been told, has made “major strides in reforming CPS:”

We will be referencing pages 12-15. The first thing to note is that, in the midst of the horrific over-stepping of law and harassment of Texas families we’ve written about here, and in the very period we were told that Texas DFPS (CPS) has “streamlined” and “privatized” some of their major functions, they have actually INCREASED their costs 50% in just the past five years...from $1.15 billion in fiscal year 2012 to just under $1.8 billion last year. We were told that “kinship care” and so-called “community-based care” were major parts of the reform, those costs have exploded, while the same-old-same-old costs such as direct service and the foster care system have seen their costs also rise, rather than falling as promised.

On page 15 we learn that the total number of “clients served” hasn’t changed—remaining nearly constant at around 16,000 kids, with last year matching 2011. So, the tried and true excuse that “we need more resources” because the client base is growing doesn’t wash. As things stand now, CPS expenditures amount to $112,500 per kid...even if the kid isn’t in their custody! Can you imagine what private entities could do with such resources and who genuinely have the children’s best interests at hearts, rather than greedy bureaucrats, sex traffickers, homosexual adopters, etc.?

On page 18, we learn that case loads are dropping as the numbers of caseworkers continue to rise—but the increase in employees is not rising anywhere near as fast as overall costs. This would seem to indicate that the Texas taxpayers are paying more and more in salaries for less and less qualified people. We know that hiring standards were reduced in an effort to attract more caseworkers, so Texas is continuing to get less and less for their buck.

Texas is by no means an outlier. CPS costs, nationwide, are increasing at similar levels. These levels (to borrow a libtard’s favorite expression...) are NOT SUSTAINABLE. But to be honest, the really big fish at the top of the CPS food chain know this all too well.

Everything is going exactly as PLANNED by the planners of the New World Order. When the camel’s back finally does break (and the signs are popping out everywhere to anyone who watches market indicators) ALL the alphabet-soup agencies that are considered “essential” to “continuance of government” will be at your door “to help.”

DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE IN A CONDITION WHERE YOU ACTUALLY DO NEED THEM for physical sustenance and do not let them anywhere near your children FOR ANY REASON.
