CPS contractor caught red-handed accepting bribes to release children. Where are we, 1950s Soviet Russia?

Bribery...the truest sign of failed relations AND/OR a failed state...

In the lead up to the 1993 NAFTA passage, I remember two things clearly: David Rockefeller promising a recession if it didn't pass in Congress, and broad claims that making such a trade agreement (with no code of ethics) with a bribery-based economy/state, like Mexico, would bring the United States economy (and polity) down to that lowest common denominator. Well, of course it did pass, recession was averted, and America began it's bold descent into third-world business ethics.

Now we are learning the true depths of the depravity of these new ethics. One of the most desperate situations any modern American parent can find him/herself in, of course, is suddenly being under threat of having their children seized by the state. Knowing how traumatic such a situation can be, and how desperately most parents will seek out any alternative, this CPS worker decided to use this knowledge to her despicable benefit:

"Troopers say that while Justice was doing contracted work for Child Protective Services, doing home visits and consultations with parents, she requested hundreds of dollars in exchange for making their CPS complaint disappear.

'We were scared cause she told us I can make it hard on you all,' one of the victims explains, a mother of two who lives in Boone County. 'And then we started thinking the worst,' she says. The woman asked not to be identified. Troopers are in the process of filing more charges against Justice. She is already facing a felony bribery charge."

As bad as this case is--involving a contract worker for "Child Protective" "Services" (CPS)-- the BRIBERY INCENTIVE infuses the entire CPS milieu. If not "official bribery," everything that the state does v.v. families is essentially based on it. As long as their is a financial incentive for CPS agencies in taking custody of children (or in placing them in alternative or foster care) then the STATE is essentially guilty of bribery v.v. the family/parents and their rightful authority.

Liberal, centralist, deep-staters are in favor, of course, in more and more power accruing to government--from whatever source, but especially from families. The nanny state literally wants to become the surrogate parents of all children within its borders. While the case cited in the article is blatant and obvious, it needs to be made obvious that state-sponsored-and-approved bribery is actually even worse, in tow main ways: It occurs far more frequently affecting thousands of families, AND it is backed up by the thuggish threat of force.

Consider this quote by one of our most prominent founding fathers:

"Government is not reason, it is not eloquence — it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."

Indeed.

We either reign in the power of government v.v. families and parents, or we succumb completely to an omnipresent and omnipotent nanny state. This contractor needs to be made an example of...I am hoping for a nice long prison sentence, with no hope of early parole. SEND THE MESSAGE to CPS and all their minions.
