David Vincent Akins Jr. was sentenced to four life sentences for being found guilty of repeatedly raping a 3 month-old relative and recording him.

The 38-year-old man from Texas was arrested in 2016 and accused of sexually harassing a 3-month-old girl.

The action was dismantled after a video found on his personal computer revealed that the child was raped many times since 2013. But the action was only uncovered three years later. The baby still has a family relationship with the perpetrator.

In addition to the baby, five other victims complained about the same thing to the Montgomery County court. Among them are two sisters who claim to have been raped. Among them are aged 3 to 11 years. They complain the same thing to their parents before being brought to the police.

Atkins is known to have previous criminal records. She spent time in child custody for committing the rape of her 5-year-old sister when she was 14 years old.

After a jury trial that begins on January 29, Akins is found guilty of four high-level criminal charges that aggravate sexual assault against a child.

The judge sentenced four life sentences, which emphasized Akins would not be entitled to parole.
