I will debunk this very statement, it is never a hard situation for CPS, as a matter of FACT, from numerous cases in the past, removing a child happens to be the easiest situation for CPS, that is what they result to doing from day one with their threats and other shenanigans.
Guessing the hard part for them is cases like this where their lies and coercion are exposed.
It seems to me the longer I have been a part of family protection that in some ways the "mandatory reporters" in the medical field are actually driving the car, using the CPS as a club to force expensive fees onto the public. I have to wonder given how large a portion of the current economy is the medical field that there is more money made there than the government funded programs coupled with the black market evil that is taking place.
In the last decade they have created a national database to further monitor the deepest secrets of EVERY CITIZEN who needs healthcare. This goes along with the attack on privacy everywhere (cameras at every corner, apps that spy on you, TV remotes listening to every word etc).

It seems to me that we need to start focusing on some of these mandatory reporters. In this case you report on here, it was the hospital (seeking fees for services they freely admitted they were unable to provide) that sicced this evil organization on the mother.
For anyone who is new to family protection group here and reading this with fresh eyes, two points to think about.
What would have happened with this family if this group had not taken up advocating for her?
How many new parents find themselves in this position every single day that will not have an advocate? What do you think the results are for these parents?
Thanks for writing on this @kryptocoin. It is heartbreaking that even with someone advocating for what is right, it took so long for things ot be set back as they should. The damage caused even in this "good" scenario will never be undone.

Your comment is a very sound comment and if I had a 15$ vote, I would throw all my manna on it!. The system is created in a way that it becomes self satisfying and sustaining . It builds a rackettering infrastructure where many others are fed, every quack professional. One child generates a work flow for almost 7 professionals a the average.

While this is true, it is evident the system is flawed and rigged to the throat; from mandatory reporters(who are seeking expensive fees like you said) down to the lawyers, counselors in schools and teachers. They have become the mining rigs for CPS 's continuous inflow of commodities (children).
CPS is built under a purposeful flawed foundation, and personally, they are part of a bigger road map that even the Pharma industries are part of. Free thinking people like you and I are the once who still see the System and it's Backers for what they truly are, and this gladden my heart, because we are not alone in this fight.
