I was told I had to to attend college, the second time around, back in 1995, but haven't had another since then. If I'd known what I know now, back then, I would have refused and sued them for preventing me from matriculating.
I threatened to sue the Univ I went to for consumer fraud!
I wonder if people have done that successfully?
I don't know... but it certainly is!
