1,5 YEAR OF SEPARATION: CPS "predators" were chasing a family

In May 2017, two girls were taken away from the family, and parents were restricted in their rights.

In that day 1,5 year of hell began...

It was a happy family with 2 nice daugters. They lived in a small Russian village, had a garden and a house. They were not rich, but they had everything for a nice life.

The mother didn't work because at first she was on maternity leave with her youngest daughter, and then she suffered a leg injury and it was difficult for her to move.

The CPS, as always, didn't leave it without attention.
Problems in a family? Here they are!

They proposed the parents to take kids to a special kids organisation while the mother was disabled.

WHAT?

They were shocked and rejected at once! The mother wasn't ok, but she was alive, and they had father's help!

The CPS didn't have more arguments. For that time.
But they began to follow this family's life.
They felt they would be their victims...
Like a predator chasing for its prey...

Because of a disabled leg the mother didn't lead her kids to a doctor. No, they weren't sick, just an ordinary visits (like it's required here).
And she didn't lead them to make vaccination!

It was enough for medical stuff to inform CPS.

But again they had no arguments for intervention - vaccination is still free here.

But soon a new trouble happened...
One of girls got a burn while drinking her hot tea.
It was a small burn, and the mothe didn't go to a doctor, but the CPS knew about this accident!
How??
It seems they have ears and eyes everywhere...

Soon they came and took both kids away.
In July the court made a decision against parents...

From the first days, after the children were taken away, Catherine, her husband, grandmother and grandfather of the girls did a lot to reunite the family. They sent letters to the authorities asking for help and clarifying the situation.

Soon the girl were transferred to another family...
When the grandparents collected all necessary documents for adoption and came to CPS, they were said: "You are late", and they ignored the fact that they were relatives, and they did all their best to take girls to home!

The parents told that every month the CPS forced them to issue new certificates from a narcologist, a psychiatrist, a dermatologist, threatening that otherwise we would not see children at all.
Every month!!

Soon the parents appealed to the court again to cancel the restriction of rights, but the courts were repeatedly postponed. The CPS did everything possible to put a crimp into it.

But in November, 2018 the court cancelled the previous decision!
Kids can return to their parents at last!!

1,5 year of fighting.
1,5 year of separation...
