FINLAND CPS DESCRIMINATE FOREIGN FAMILIES

More and more schocking news has come from Finland CPS who have become famous because of its outrage, especially with foreign families. Our mass media tell new stories about taking away kids from foreign families in Finland almost every week.

Some months ago a Russian mother Elena Smolenchuk asked Russian officials for help because Finland CPS had taken away her 12-year old girl. Moreover, they forbad all contacts with the girl, they took away her mobile phone and stopped all connections with the family. The last news; they forbad her to speak her native language!

Isn't it natonal descrimination?!

What is the reason of this outrage? As usual, when we speak about CPS, we don't see any essential reasons except their own benefits.

This time the official reason was violance in the family. But no proof is given!

The most shocking in this argument is the fact that Elena has 2 daughters (one more girl is 9 years old), and CPS has no claims for it, she is still at home in full safety, CPS even didn't investigate the attitude to her!

As a rule, if CPS make a claim about violance and mistreatment to kids, they take away ALL children from parents (it's logical at least), but this time CPS took away only the eldest girl!

Elena understood it's very strange, and she tried to find the reason by herself. When she analyzed the last evens in her life before CPS appearance, she remembered 2 exciting facts:

• a quarrel with her ex-husband (the father of her kids)
• a quarrel with a new friends of her daughter because of bad influnce she had made on her

Elena had divorced with her Finnish husband a long time ago, and he had no interest to their kids, but the relationships were really still bad, and he often threatened her. So it can be just his revenge.

The situation with a new friends of her eldest daughter was also suspicious. The girl found a new friend, a Finnish girl from her school, who had very free outlook. Elena noticed that the daughter became very proud, too independent, she told her about her freedom and her own decisions that she could already make because she was a gwon up already (at 12 years old!). A typical crisis of all teenagers, but the main fact is the daughter didn't hide these words she had heard from this very new friend!

The mother worried about lost contact with the girl, and she forbad her to communicate with this new friend. The daughter took the information rather calm, but the friend of her made loud protests, blaming and insulting Elena for her interruption in their freedom. So it could be this girl's revenge too.

In fact, the main problem is not who has made a claim to CPS, but why they has reacted even without any investigations!

Why did they take a girl from the school even without informing her Mom? Why did they forbid all contacts?

The girl is in deep depression now, she is in despair. She had her phone for 2 weeks after taking away and sent messages to Mom, begging to save her...

Now the situation is being investigated by Russian officials in order to analyse the actions of Finnish CPS and return the girl to her Mom...
