RANSOM FROM JUVENILE SLAVERY: WHO ARE WOLVES AND SHEEP?

Are CPS cruel enemies who destroy familie? NO!

Now they are kind and mercy angels who help to reunite kids and parents!

Reunite? After what? After CPS invasion and destroying of family unity? YES. But this fact is in shadaow now because CPS start to play a new game.

Now more and more often we can face cases when CPS not only take kids out of families but also help to return them to families! Paradox? Yes!

There are many charity funds now who deal woth CPS and local authorities having one saint goal - kids happiness in families. They help to return kids to parents from orphanages and prevent taking them there.

It's a great mission without any doubt but the thing is that not only me think there is something strange in this scheme...

CPS take kids away (often having absolutely illegal or stupid reasons), and then they are the main activists in returning kids back using ....fundraising methods. But they don't do it open and direct, special charity funds are organised for this goal.

For example, the site of one of such organisations says:

The Constanta Charitable Foundation was established in June 2011 with the aim of achieving systemic changes in the prevention of social orphanhood and the family placement of children raised in orphanages and boarding schools.
“Child in the family” is the main priority of the Foundation’s activities.
We are confident that real change in this direction is possible only in close partnership of the state, non-profit organizations and business.
In May 2012, the Foundation signed a formal cooperation agreement with the Government of the Tver Region.

Agreement with authorities about what??
The organisation makes fundraising for families who suffer from CPS. People donate money to poor families. What agreement?

Moreover, I don't understans the role of CPS in this activity.
They destroy and then they try to help?Why? For what??

I see 2 variants:

- money profit

Each family gets rather big sums of money for solving of definite life problems in order to return kids to home. The site shows how much money was transferred to them.

Average sums for families are 1,000-1,500$

For example, this is the last case - 1,200$ for a family whose daughter was taken to an orphanage because poor old parents couldn't buy a new heating system to a house.

And there 2,800 families whom they helped (as they say). Huge money!

But who will check it? Who knows if they really get the money and how much money? Maybe just a small piece of that sum?

If it's fraud, parents should make scandals and make these cases loud. BUT will parents who have lost kids fight against the system having fear not to see them again ever? Or will parents who are happy to return kids back make scandals about money having a fear of CPS and their possible attacks again?

- substitution of concepts

СPS don't get money, they have another goal - substitution of concepts.
In this case they are not enemies any more, they are main protectors and assistants of families!
You have problems, and your kids can't stay with you any more? No problem! CPS will organise fundraising for you! Kindness and mercy!
It's strange but many people really start to take them as "angels". They start to trust and to be open with them!
And that's what they're hunting for!

Our vigilance must "sleep", and then they like snakes will come into our families and lives.

And the most awful is that this system is becoming ransom from juvenile slavery!

People are taught to help and to give money BUT not to fight and know their rights not to let CPS enter their houses and lives!

"Don't fight, sleep and pay" is the motto of this activity.
