Back in 1993 when I had to fight for my kids, two groups helped me immeasurably: Dads Against Discrimination, and Texas Father's for Equal Rights. CPS didn't get my kids.

When you're up against it, find folks who are in the same circumstances and pick their brains. They have hired and fired lawyers, paralegals, and been through everything you might be dragged through. Because I did that, my kids won.
