Indeed this is a good initiative. Allowing the people in the community to have a say or to have their voices heard is an attribute of a true leader. I applaud @abiye for his efforts so far. @farms is an excellent initiative and #scfes is a better one. I'm just curious as to why #scfes couldn't continue. I read in your article that it's due to steem's low price and fund. I just pray that God blesses @farms wallet.
