The Soursop (annona muricata), or also known in some countries as Graviola
The soursop: It is a fruit that is characterized by its tropical flavor and a delicious sweet and sour taste very peculiar and exquisite. This fruit comes from a tree that bears the same name and can be found mainly in the Peruvian and Brazilian Amazon. It is a small evergreen tree, which reaches a height of between 5 and 6 meters, it comes from the Annonaceae family, and each tree usually produces between 15 and 20 guanábanas per load.
The fruit has a green shell with spikes, depending on the place where the tree has been planted, the climate, lighting, irrigation, fruits can measure up to 30 cm. long, and can weigh 4 kilos, which should be harvested only when they have reached the ideal size, because if we cut them when they are tender they will not ripen well. Its interior is formed by a white meat with black seeds.
When it is ripe, the shell is removed, the seeds are removed and it can be eaten alone, it can be used to prepare the juice of the soursop or the healthy drink. Not to mention that thanks to its bittersweet taste we can use it in a wide variety of salads, desserts, sweets and liqueurs giving it a special touch and flavor. On the other hand, all parts of the soursop plant can be used for different functions.

Acetogenin has the ability to focus its action only on cancer cells, without affecting healthy tissues, or side effects, such as weight loss, hair loss, ect. as it happens in chemotherapy. Therefore, by eating this fruit we can help attack the cancer cells safely and naturally, and thus be able to eliminate cancer cells without causing damage to the rest of the cells, unlike the conventional methods with chemotherapy.
