More From The Okra Field
For some weeks now, we have been on an okra experimental project.
The goal is to plant a variety of okra which has a shorter growth time. About 40 days precisely.
We have already started to harvest from them, and at the same time we will be getting ready to harvest more next week.
From my observation, this variety looks more tender and sweeter when cooked.
We hope to learn more about its characteristics over time. This will help us on recommendation to farmers.

How easy are okra to cook, i hope its not difficult
It is very very easy, all you need do is slice into smaller pieces and cook in clean boiling water for some minutes
