•avoide the use of #SCFES tag it would lead to flagging of that post, only use that tag when you have an agricultural-based proposal .

ok thank you, if you don't mind can you guide me one thing what do you mean by agricultural-based proposal. i didn't understand.
pepper is also count in agriculture.
You only use #SCFES tag when you have a farm proposal ( when you plan on going into agriculture but you dont have the funds and you need empowerment)
That #SCFES tag was created to assist farmers.
