Hi every one, how was your night? hope it was fine. if so glory be to God.
Today is a new day that the lord has made, and we all should be glad and rejection in it.
As the the @farm stated "operation feed the world" a new selection of topics have emerge and today, i will be writing about my Sweet banana
before we discuss, let us understand the meaning and concept of banana.

WHAT IS BANANA
A banana is an edible fruit – botanically a berry produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa.
In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains, distinguishing them from dessert bananas.
Bananas Are High in Fiber.
Fiber has long been claimed to help prevent and relieve constipation (2, 3). It's thought to absorb water, helping stools stay large and soft.
This helps improve the movement of the stool through your digestive tract.
The potassium and magnesium in bananas may help protect you from muscle cramps at night and during workouts. Bananas are rich in pectin, a soluble dietary fiber and natural detoxifying agent, great for digestion.
Banana fiber contains prebiotics that encourages the growth of healthy bacteria in the bowel.
