I found your post by a feature including you authored by @cuppcake for the Pay it Forward contest. You packed a lot of information on my favorite vegetable (sorry, I was taught back in the day it was a vegetable and as it is one of the few I love to eat, it is remaining a vegetable in my vocabulary). I look forward to reading more of your posts.
