Determining the Use of Men's Underwear

The selection of underwear for men turned out to affect sperm quality. This is like the results of research conducted by Jorge Chavarro, professor of nutrition and epidemiology at Harvard T.H. chan School of Public Health, United States in the Human Reproduction Journal, which was quoted in the Friday edition of USA Today 12-14-2018 which mentions that some men may benefit greatly from the change in the type of underwear they wear.

The types of underwear intended in this study are boxers and briefs.
The study said, pants that are too tight might be the cause of rising temperatures in the testicles. This is what makes the sperm worse.

The researchers found, men who used all types of underwear had the same amount of fluid in ejaculation. However, those who use boxers have 25 percent higher sperm concentration. Thus, the total sperm count is 17 percent higher.

In addition, the blood test also shows that there is no relationship between the choice of underwear with testosterone levels.

However, it should be noted that men in both groups of clothes have an average sperm that is sufficient. so, even though the numbers are lower, the sperm produced by the wearers is as healthy as the boxer user.

But the use of underwear that is good for a man is the most comfortable underwear they should used.
