Fasting Journal : Up in the air.

I'm on track to do a 7 day fast starting in about an hour, but I also have a visitor from out of state on Wednesday.

My plan is to fast until Wednesday, and then decide what I will do. We only have plans for one dinner together, so maybe I will try to do that and then just back to the fast, or stop and go back to 20/4 IF.

Maybe it would be better to break the fast before I go to meet her. I don't know if I want to break a fast on restaurant food.

Hard to say what's best.
