Cryptocoin faucets are a lot more useful when the market is down

in #faucet6 years ago

Boosting my SP is a lot easier as a minnow because of this opportunity. Taking advantage of it helps me a lot.

Steem x Faucets, what?

Wait, what does one thing have to do with another? Well, maybe freebitcoin's minimum withdrawal is a bit high, but coinpot faucets are generally not.

How to use your faucet winnings on steemit to boost your posts:

This is most effective at bitfun and bonusbitcoin. Their claims stack!

  1. Claim from coinpot faucets a few times a day.
  2. Convert it to dashcoin from their dashboard, which has a very low withdrawal limit.
  3. Send it over blocktrades to your steem wallet, stating you want to receive SBD on your end.
  4. Finally, buy votes from bid bots!

You can easily transfer at least 0.05 on a daily basis, which stacks up really fast from post to post. Above is a picture of my latest convertion. The minimum withdrawal is only 0.0002 dash, which is really easy to get!

Hey, don't forget to change your claim settings on so you can always receive a fixed, decent amount of satoshi on every claim.

Do you think this isn't worth it? It is, specially because you can buy votes and delegations even using small amounts of extra sbd.

I just activated my 5x multiplier on freebitcoin.

Big faucets always give the same base amount of USD.

You get more satoshi when the market is down, because you're always getting $0.001 usd on the lowest claim on freebitcoin and freedogecoin. You're also always stacking just as much in USD in sites like bitfun. Because you're being given a lot more, it's that much easier to reach the minimum and take it to your own wallet.

Just two weeks ago, freedogecoin would give only 0.13 DOGE per claim.

Thank you for reading!

Yeah, for me, the time Facuets can be useful ended 2 years ago.. but yeah, they're better when the market is down.

because you're always getting $0.001 usd on the lowest claim

Wait!! Since when?!!... still too low to try but... Didn't know that.

It's fixed, the amount of satoshi you get per claim adjusts itself as btc price drops and rises. When btc was at 20k, I'd only get 10 satoshi per claim. It's at 36 now.

Freebitcoin does give low claims, but it's still very interesting to keep some bitcoin stored there because it works like a savings account. You get a small % of your stored satoshi on a daily basis.

Still, the coinpot faucets give a lot more, not to mention their much lower withdrawal limit. Instead of 30k sat from freebitcion, coinpot allows dashcoin withdrawals from the equivalent of only 600 satoshi or so.

Freebitcoin might give me 36 sat / hour, but bonusbitcoin alone gives me 21 sat / 15 min. Twenty or so claims from bonusbitcoin + bitfun = 0.05 sbd I can use to buy a bot vote to my newest post.

It's all pretty good considering all the things I do with crypto. I last payed for a domain name for a site using bitcoin cash.
