The fear of being cheated

There is no reason yet in his infidelity. For men, do we say lack of interest for women? Either way, he's ugly, isn't he?

I used to say cheating when I was talking with my friends to think of someone would not deceive, or I would say compliment. I just thought it would be cheating when it was physical. But my mind has changed.
