Many of people have realized that the fact of facing up to the fear will make us freeze in the path towards being more decisive. The thing is simple that fear is just a mirage which looks menacing . Fear is nothing it is just false evidence that appears real.

Fear is just an illusion or reality , it is on you that how do you tackle fear . If you fail to overcome your fear then it will overtake your mind and you will be caught under the cage of fear. If you take fear as illusion or try to overcome the fear it will change your point of view regarding fear and you will also get rid of fear , so it is on you that how do you take fear (Illusion or Reality ).

The journey of life is too long that if a person gets broken with only one fear , He gets tied up with that fear and journey of life is almost finished . The fear is mainly all about illusions created by human beings (us). The best way to live life joyful and peaceful is to face the fear , to overcome that fear which is making your life like a prisoner. Arise , awake and work on your fear without any fear.

1. Identify the fears : Find out what are your fears.

2. Work on fear: Throw light on your fear and work on it .

3. Planning: Planning on how to remove fear sitting inside you is must. Plan should be smart and workable.

4. Visualise yourself : After the action plan , when you have began to take baby steps . You should look inside yourself whether fear is loosing or not.
