FOOD FIGHT FRIDAY-American Breakfast Scrambled eggs and bacon

Today i cooked a late breakfast /lunch, brunch if you will.... i only buy my bacon from one place, Winn Dixie, the only place you can find Hickory Sweet brand, the best bacon in my opinion.

First i cooked the bacon on the stove in a large frying pan. I am new to this method as i have cooked my bacon in the microwave for years because I thought it was easier, lol.

I did several rounds of bacon until the whole package was cooked, we did have leftovers but i would rather cook it all up at once and have more for tomorrow. :)

Next i cracked 5 eggs in a bowl, added a little salt and pepper, cut up some cheddar and american cheeses and mixed it all up.

Then i cooked the eggs in the same pan as the bacon with a little bacon grease. (normally i would just cook them with olive oil, so this is a treat :p)

Then scrambled them up! :D

Lastly i toasted some Dave's Killer Organic cinnamon raisin bread for my son and i. My husband opted for a Dave's bagel. This our new fav bread by the way, all of the varieties i have tried are amazing!!!!
