Alright, I made it to another Friday.... Life is good!! Especially when you get to eat chomp on some tasty tacos while listening to to a guy do wood carvings. Not to mention the slight stench of exhaust mixed with the smell of of authentic Mexican food. I bring to you...

Bomb Tacos a quick Lineman Snack

First thing you need to know is, I have driven by this place countless times. This place sits in an empty lot just off the highway. “Home of the $1 Taco” has turned into “Home of the $1.25 Taco” look closely at the sign...

You know things are getting bad when they start adding $0.25 to $1 tacos. When I pulled up I instantly say this written in permanent marker on the side of their trailer. Oh ya, this isn’t your typical Taco Truck... it’s a Taco Trailer my Food Flingers!!!

Now where else can you chow down on some tacos and watch a guy do some wood carvings with a chainsaw??? I have never heard of it nor have I ever experienced it... until now. I took a quick peak at some of his work to see if there was anything that would be of Mama-Splatts’ liking...

As you can tell I am easily distracted, but this dude is hungrier than a hostage right now. I’m super busy and got a lot of stuff to take care of before the weekend.

Tacos Please

Within 3 minutes of placing my order these hot out the trailer Asada tacos are in my dirty hands. Tasty lookin’ little buggers aren’t they? I really wish I could have snuck a photo of the guy at the other table. His mustache was amazing!! It had those curled pointy tips on the end. His hair was grey but mustache was dark. I just couldn’t get it. I was sitting at the totally wrong table. Moving to the other side of the table would have made it way too obvious. Next time I will plan things out a little better when I encounter a mustache of that magnitude.

Now just look at this Asada Taco...

A little slightly grilled onion on top with a good splash of some in house salsa and BOOM these tacos are BOMB If they weren’t so Hot out the trailer I would have eating these 5 tacos lickity split! Granted they aren’t LOADED with meat, onions and cilantro but what else can you ask for when your payin’ $1.25... maybe a poke in the eye to go along with it??? Or how about a little saw dust???

Before I left I had to take another look at this woodcarver and see what he was creating. His poor little pickup truck was suffering from the weight of that big log in the back. DANG!!

Break Time... Dog walk

Yep, she is warm out... she always comes home and lays in front of her fan. lol

Ok I am back... As I was leaving he fired up that chainsaw once again and got to carving out that next master piece. I had to hustle up and get across town to another winery to connect their power. Really?!?? This is the sign you have on the driveway to your tasting room...

Well my Food Flingers these Bomb Tacos were pretty... Bomb and the price was right too. It’s getting late and I gotta wrap this up.
