I heard the young girl screamed;
"There is light o"
I rushed in to charge my phone
To be able to write and posts on steemit
The mood had changed from gloomy to bright
Tomatoes hurried blended
Clothes ironed
Lamps charged
Awaiting if the lights will go out as usual.

Too many, the rush... Funny thing is, by the time it's off, you realize many things still needs to be done. The sigh, scream, disappointment, fury and rage that usually follows 😂😂.

Yeah,the rush that comes with electricity.
I hope we get better. 12hours electricity a day will go a long way.

In the Philippines, we call power outages as "brownout". In Australia, it's "blackout". But anyway, your story perfectly describes how much we are really dependent on electricity. When there's no power, it seems like we can't entertain ourselves anymore. Everyone is sad and bored and impatient.

The feeling that comes with the blackout experience; from bored to gloomy and all.
Truly, electricity has a role in our lives.
