Nunggu Teka ( Waiting To Arrive ) | Indonesia Short Film ( Bilingual )

  Few years ago during ramadan month ( Holy month for Muslims, we doin' fasting during the daylight hours from dawn to sunset ), local film community calling me. They offered me to became D.O.P ( Director Of Photography ) for some short movie project, i feel doubtful for few minutes until i decide said " Yes, i can help you " . Few days later they send me the movie scripts, i read all the words and i interested with the idea of the story. The titled of the film is " Nunggu Teka " ( Waiting to Arrive ) , is about alone old mother who waiting for the arrival of her son, to celebrate Idul Fitri. She has prepared everything to welcome him. This short film directed by Mahesa Desaga, he is talented movie director from my city ( Malang, Indonesia ) . I feel proud can make a collaboration with him.

  Saat bulan ramadhan beberapa tahun lalu, sebuah komunitas film menghubungi saya. Mereka menawarkan saya untuk menjadi D.O.P ( Penata Gambar ) untuk sebuah film pendek, sempat bimbang beberapa menit sampai saya mengatakan " Ya ! saya bisa bantu" . Beberapa hari kemudian mereka mengirim skenario cerita, saya baca hingga tuntas, dan saya tertarik dengan ide cerita project film pendek ini . Film berjudul " Nunggu Teka " menceritakan penantian ibu kepada anaknya saat bulan idul fitri dan Di sutradarai oleh teman saya Mahesa Desaga yang merupakan sutradara berbakat dari kota Malang, Jawa timur. Saya bangga bisa bekerja sama dengan dia.
