You absolutely have to be kind to yourself through this process! You have a LOT on your plate and I'm impressed that you carved out some time to put towards it. I did NaNo once way back in 2007 and by the last weekend had only 500 words. Then I had a long, totally clear weekend and I wrote the entire thing over the course of 4 days. It was all I did from morning til night, but the words just POURED out of me after trying to force it all month.
