Hi markku. Do you have a weed eater or a strimmer? They work well for areas the mower doesn't reach. The heavy rain the other day would have got the grass growing quickly.
I have an electric string trimmer or strimmer. Yes, the growth is caused by the recent rains.
It's amazing how stuff just grows. I have a garden service that comes in once a week with a group of 4 guys for 1 hour. It costs about 12 euros and they trim everything including the trees. The only thing I have to double check is the plants touching the electric fence. If they are too close and the wind blows it sets of the alarm
The country you live in is so different from the one I live in (or your native England). Electric fences and gardeners for 3 euros per hour.
To be honest I would rather do away with all of that and do it myself. Electric fences are a deterrent but won't stop someone serious. If they break the circuit by cutting the wires it triggers the alarm. The same as when a branch touches it, it short circuits. It is so different to the rest of the world.
