Waha-nui (Fork-Tailed Snapper) Cooked for Dinner
Click here for the how I caught it
As promised, I am posting a picture of how I cooked the Waha-nui (Fork-Tailed Snapper).
I lightly seasoned the fish with garlic salt and pepper.
Then I put some Olive Oil in a large frying pan and heated it up.
I put the fish in and cooked each side until the skin got crisp.
I placed the finished fish on a bed of home grown lettuce.
It was awesome and too much for me to eat in one sitting. I have some left overs for tonight.
Oh, man that looks delicious!
Thanks it was awesome.
