Today's thought
I was time-pressed today (Saturday), so I decided to push the cardio. It was surprisingly easy. I even managed to shot a vlog whilst cycling.
Food-wise I was in the mood for healthy fats... so brazil nuts, hazlenuts and peanut/ almond butter were the order of the day.
