Pop over to runalyze.com and make an account for tracking your runs. (There are some changes coming, but for now, a free runalyze account is required).
Set your privacy / athlete settings to enable your "Public Athlete Page". And make sure that runs that you upload are set to public. That's all you gotta do, other than get some running done!
