This picture shows my weight for today. It shows my weight is little bit more than yesterday...

Below shows excercising for today

  1. stretching
  2. plank for 6min 3sec dividing into 3 times
  3. push up 20times
  4. exercise with 5kg dumbbells 40times
  5. riding bicycle for 20 min with 1 step intense and 2step intense respectively
  6. running for 10min
