  1. stretching
  2. plank for 6min 11sec dividing into 3 times
  3. push up 20times
  4. exercise with 5kg dumbbells 40times
  5. riding bicycle for 21 min with 1 step intense and for 19 min with 2step intense
  6. running for 10min
