Daily Fitness - A Chrono Diary
Hello and good morning blockchain, I want to start creating series for my account a bit more organized and to have the same different topics.
On a daily schedule*
The first one I want to start with is a Daily Fitness Diary post. I will be using data from Apple Watch since it looks nice.
As you can see if did not go to the gym yesterday and was only able to burn 468 it might of been higher since I did not have my watch on all day.
So let me know what you think.
