Enjoying a sunny evening in the park - Fitness

This evening I was in the park and while training I could hear in the background the music of Eric Clapton featuring Carlos Santana.

I managed to hold the handstand in the video for almost 30 seconds. I know that it's nothing special but I'm happy with the result.
