I don't like planks but they are SO effective so i do them and agree breathing correctly is key

when it comes to my body, i can achieve what i set, but when it goes beyond my body i break at the first obstacle, lol what gives.... i cant even upload on youtube anything... at least i cant upload from google photos.....
