Challenge Completed - Training diary #4

Hello Steemians

My routine today:

  • Squats 4 sets of 8 reps
  • Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps
  • Incline Flies 2 sets of 10 reps
  • Unilateral Shoulder Press 3 Sets of 8 reps
  • Dips 3 sets of 8 reps
  • Calf Raise 3 sets of 12 reps

Conditioning (@myleskshupe inspired me to do some direct after my workout. Check out his page if you are interested in fitness and training at home!):

  • Skipping rope 100 fast jumps
  • 30/20/10 Sprawls, Air Squats and Crunches
  • Skipping rope 100 fast jumps

As some of you may notice today was not a usual full body workout, I decided to change to a push-pull routine because I want to train about 4 to 5 times a week for the next 8 weeks (exams are done :)). The basement of my training will stay the same and I will continue to use compound movements. My rep range for the big movements is going to increase to a total of 8 per set except Deadlifts.

das heutige Training sah wie folgt aus:

  • Kniebeugen 4 Sätze á 8 Wiederholungen
  • Bankdrücken 3 Sätze á 8 Wiederholungen
  • Fliegende auf der Schrägbank 2 Sätze á 10 Wiederholungen
  • Einarmiges Schulterdrücken 3 Sätze á 8 Wiederholungen
  • Dips 3 Sätze á 8 Wiederholungen
  • Wadenheben 3 Sätze á 12 Wiederholungen

Conditioning (@myleskshupe hat mich auf die Idee gebracht es nach dem Training nochmal ein wenig krachen zu lassen. Schaut ruhig auf seiner Seite vorbei, wenn ihr euch für Fitness oder das Training zuhause interessiert.):

  • Springseil 100 schnelle Sprünge
  • 30/20/10 Sprawls, Air Squats und Crunches
  • Springseil 100 schnelle Sprünge

Wie manche gemerkt haben, war es heute kein Ganzkörpertraining. Da meine Prüfungen alle erledigt sind und ich in nächster Zeit mehr Zeit zur Verfügung habe, möchte ich gerne 4 bis 5 mal die Woche trainieren. Die Basis meines Trainings bleibt jedoch gleich, sprich ich setze weiterhin auf Verbundübungen. Einzig die Wiederholungsanzahl im Satz steigt bei den großen Übungen auf 8, außer beim Kreuzheben.
