Workout:

Bench Press - 5 sets of 6
Dumbbell BP - 5 sets of 6
Incline BP - 5 sets of 6
Incline Dumbbell BP - 5 sets of 6
Superset: Dips & Lying Dumbbell Pullover - 4 sets of 10

Deadlift - 6 sets: 10, 8, 8, 6, 6, 4*
Wide Grip Pulldown - 4 sets of 10
Close Grip Pulldown - 4 sets of 10
T-bar Row - 5 sets of 10
Dumbbell Row - 5 sets of 10 (each side)

*On Mondays I do 5 sets of 5 and then one set of my 1 rep max

Barbell Roll-out - 3 sets of 10
Machine Crunch - 5 sets of 25
Scissor Raises Touching Opposite Leg - 3 sets of 25*
Roman/Russian Twists - 2 sets of 25*

*I didn't do the 3 sets all at once. I did one set of scissor raises, one set of roman/russian twists, etc. for a total of 3 sets for SR and 2 sets for RT
*I'm seeing both roman and russian in the title of this exercise when I search for it
