@polebird: Twisty transitions on spinner pole - dtube pole combo
For yesterday's class we worked on a twisty combo inspired by the beautiful Anastasia Skukhtorova (IG: @anastasiakukhtorovapoledance)! The pole community is abundant and thriving on instagram, so a lot of inspiration definitely comes from polers all over the world. I loved these transitions. They were definitely super challenging and pretty unique. This combo required a bit of side hip hold and even the back of the armpit to hold yourself up at some spots. Thanks for watching!

Hehe yeah it really was! Those holds are pretty brutal lol I’m trying to catch up on posts! It’s been busy due to Vegas haha and lack of sleep/catching up to that and actually competition is coming up soon! I’m totally not ready, throwing a lot of time into prep for that 😬
