Walking, healthy eating and drinking plenty of water can help you stay fit without going to the gym.  The key is also to keep moving.

Walking for at least 3-4 times a week can help with the prevention of heart disease and control blood pleasure and weight gain.

I believe that "we are what we eat," so  maintaining a healthy diet of the right types of food will go a long way in keeping your body fit.

Most people do not drink enough water. Our bodies are 60% of water that helps with digestion and so many other health benefits.
