Water Fitness

I went to my second water fitness class today and had a great time. I ran through the water strengthening my legs and core. The instructor also told us to do scissors, leg rocking and jumping water exercises.

It is so amazing how the water protects your joints while still allowing you to strengthen your muscles. Most of the people in the class are women and are middle-age and seniors.

In addition to my regular exercises with my personal trainer I will try to attend two sessions per week of the water exercises.
