Pretty cool post and very educational, the fact that it was develop to treat a different condition is amazing. I've seen this and many more people have been adopting this way of diet. I'm more of reducing intake and controlling what I'm eating and I've managed to lost almost 20 Kg's. Doing exercise and yoga has helped me as well. As for keto I'm not sure if I'll ever try it. Thanks for this post!

Congratulations! Losing over 20 Kg's is a huge deal! And you are right, exercise is an extremely important addition to any diet! :)
