So guys if you are a fitness freak or just want to loose some extra pounds that is hanging on your belly like a cotton ball then i have a great way for you because many of us don't like going gym and lifting those heavy weights.😂
So guys have you ever tried fasting because this is really a working method.well i know it will not make you slimmer over night but it will definitely help you to loose ectra fat and also helps you to control your instant cravings to prevent you over eating.
Look at this healthy and tasty food that is allowed in fasts in india.and these are all fruits only.witch is rich in minerals and good fats.
