Challenge Completed - Arms and Shoulders Day 890 reps on June 12

I really struggled to actually get in the gym last night, but once I got going it wasn't too bad and I was able to smash out a solid session in the end.
I did cut a few exercises off from the workout, my adopt a minnow comp does take up a fair chunk of time to go through everyone's blog and check out their content.

I think I'm going to have to take the night off from the gym tonight, the old body is a bit sore.

These posts are done for two reasons, to give people an insight into how I train and also because I'm part of a fitness challenge.
